SILVER SEVEN U16 CAPITAL FALL CLASSIC CHAMPIONS!!

Being the home tournament for the Ottawa Valley Silver Seven, our U16 boys, led by coach Braden Spencer, were determined to come out as champions. With an overall record of 5 wins and 1 loss, the boys had an excellent showing. 

 

With wins during the round-robin against Kitchener, TNT and Burlington, the U16 boys faced Cumberland in a tight semi-final. Pulling off a 5-0 win, they now faced a strong, physical EO Cobras team in the final. 

 

With great puck movement, strong defensive play, and amazing offensive pressure, the U16 boys showed that they deserved nothing less than gold. When the final whistle was blown the boys were winners, with a tight 4-2 victory. 

 

Thank you to all the players for their hard work, dedication and commitment. Thank you also to coaches Braden, Derek, Greg and trainer Chris for their amazing motivation, preparation and focus during the tournament.
