Suspension Reporting

This is the Head Coach’s responsibility and must be strictly adhered to as there are rules & regulations to follow. Suspensions that are not reported, may results in the suspension of the Head Coach. Of important note:

  •     The referee provides the call.
  •      Do not ask him/her how many games to serve as they do not know the player’s history.
  •      The District 4 Chair provides the ruling on any suspension as they monitor and track all game sheets and have the player’s history recorded for first, second and third offenses.

Reporting Procedure:
- The procedure to report suspensions is located on the District 4 website.
- All suspensions MUST be reported through our online suspension reporting tool.
